摘　　要：目的对白内障手术中非手术技巧的因素进行临床分析。方法对150例(156只眼)白内障手术中影响术中操作困难及术后并发症的原因进行分析。结果因非手术技巧因素而影响手术效果有23眼(占14.74%),其中术前检查不详细4眼占17.39%,术中器械原因16眼占69.57%,术后护理不当3眼占13.04%。结论术前详细准备和规范手术流程以及术后正确护理是有效预防因非手术技巧原因所造成的手术困难及并发症。Objective To analyze the non-surgery skill factors for cataract surgery. Methods To analyse the difficulty in operation and the complication after the operation in 150 cases（156 eyes）. Results There were the surgery effect of 23 eyes （14.74%） affected by the non-surgery skill factors. Uncarefule inspect before the operation occurred in 4 eyes （17.39%）, the technique instrument reason occupied 16 eyes （69.57%） and bad nursing occupied 3 eyes （13.04%）. Conclusions Careful preparation ,standard surgery course and correct nursing can reduce the surgery difficulty and the complication which caused by the non-sugery skill factors.
