摘  要:目的:探索舒心胶囊原料药中挥发油的提取工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用70%甲醇回流提取制样用作阿魏酸含量测定的方法学考察;用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以挥发油提取率和阿魏酸含量为指标,采用L(934)正交试验设计,筛选挥发油的最佳提取工艺。结果:舒心胶囊原料药中阿魏酸含量为0.070%。影响提取的主次因素为:浸泡时间>加水量>提取时间;优选得到的最佳提取条件为:药材不必浸泡,加10倍量水(V/W)后提取3h。结论:该工艺准确、稳定,重复性好。Objective: To explore the optimal extraction process of volatile oil in the raw materials of Shuxin Capsule. Methods: The measurement method of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC using samples refluxed with 70% methanol. The volatile oil was extracted by vapor distillation method and the optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal design using the extraction rate of volatile oil and the content of ferulic acid as two indexes. Results: The content of ferulic acid in the raw materials of Shuxin Capsule was 0.070%. The factors influencing the effect in decreasing order were soaking time〉water amount 〉extraction time; thus the optimal extraction condition was as follows: the raw materials were added 10 times of water and extracted for 3 h without soaking. Conclusions: This method is accurate, stable, and repeatable.
