摘  要:壳寡糖是壳聚糖的降解产物,具有多种生物学功能。从临床和大量的试验中,人们发现壳寡糖对免疫系统存在着多元、多效性调节作用。根据近年来壳寡糖的免疫调节研究进展,本文就其对各种免疫器官、免疫细胞、细胞因子的调节作用及其机制进行综述。Chitooligosaccharides (Chitosan oligosaccharide, Chitooligosaccharide, COS) with a variety of biological functions is a degradation product of chitosan, which is a cationic polysaccharide derived from the partial deacetylation of chitin. It exhibits particular properties, such as activating lymphocyte. As is recorded in many studies, there are diverse imunomodulatory effects of chitooligosaccha- rides on immune system. According to research advances of Chitooligosaccharides in recent years, the effect of chitooligosaccharides on various immune organs, immune cells and secretion of cytokines has been reviewed in this article.
