论大学生职业技术能力质量保障体系的建构

摘　　要：高等教育大众化条件下,培养学生的职业技术能力具有重要的理论与实践意义。针对大学生职业技能缺失的现状,高等院校应明确人才培养的目标导向,以课程和教学改革为突破口,把加强师资队伍建设、实训基地建设、校园文化建设和评价机制创新等纳入教育质量保障体系。同时要注意与高校自身特点相结合,与学生个性学习相统一,与人文教育相交融。Under the condition of mass higher education, it is very important in theory and practice to strengthen professional skills traning. According to the current situation of professional skills, colleges and universities must be clear about the localization of talents cultivaion. The quality insurance system of the professional skills of higer education includes the improvement of curriculum and teaching program, the buiding of teaching staff, the construction of practice training base, the construction of campus culture, the innovating of assessment mechanism, etc. Besides, some important factors should be studied such as the school and students, actuality, and the humanistic education.
