摘 要:在经济转型时期,不但小企业采用团队创业模式的数量在增多,而且大公司高层也在不断导入团队决策模式。集体创新和协作进取是创业团队企业家精神的内核,也是创业团队成员间合作行为的集中表现。实证研究发现,创业团队内认知冲突与合作行为、公司绩效均呈显著正相关,创业团队内合作行为与公司绩效呈显著正相关。并且,合作行为作为中介变量,对创业团队内认知冲突与公司绩效的关系起完全中介作用。这一发现有助于创业团队合理地利用认知冲突来传承创业团队企业家精神和促进企业成长。firms, but Collective transitional economy, not only also the models of team decision the models making are of team entrepreneurship are increasing in introduced by top management in large innovation and cooperative proactiveness are both the cores of the entrepreneurship the small corporate. and the representation of cooperation between members of the entrepreneurial team. As a mediator, relationship cooperative bridges the relationship between corporate performance and entrepreneurial team's inner-cognitive conflict. findings are useful for entrepreneurial team to succeed the entrepreneurship and to promote firms" growth.
