Raypex-5根尖定位仪测量牙根管工作长度的准确性

摘　　要：【目的】研究Raypex-5根尖定位仪确定牙根管工作长度的准确性。【方法】用Raypex-5根尖定位仪进行根管测量,共测73颗牙96个根管。所有牙齿按根管数目、牙髓状况、有无根尖周病变分3组。以根尖定位仪的长度进行根管预备后,按测量长度插入牙胶尖摄X线牙片,计算出实际根管长度,验证其准确性。【结果】在±0.5 mm误差范围内,探测根尖孔的总准确率为97.26%。牙髓炎组扩大针恰好位于根尖孔的根管占100%,根尖炎组95.35%的根管中扩大针的针尖恰到根尖孔,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。探测活髓和死髓根管的准确率不同,有活髓组根管测量准确率为100%,死髓根管组为90.91%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】Raypex-5根尖定位仪是一种可靠的确定根尖孔的仪器,可作为目前确定牙根管工作长度的有效手段,同时能减少X线的辐射量。[ Objective] To investigate the accuracy of working length determined by Raypex-5 root canal apex locator. [Methods] The root canal length of 96 root canal in 73 teeth was measured by Raypex-5 apex locator. The patient were divided into three groups. The root canals were prepared based on the length detected and X-ray films taken. The actual length was calculated and the accuracy was obtained. [Results] The accurate location within ± 0.5 mm from the apical foramen was obtained in 97.26% of the canals. The significant difference between the pulpitis （100%） and the apical pefiodontitis （95.35%） was not found （P 〉 0.05） .The significant difference between vital （ 100% ） and necrotic canals （90.91%） was not found （ P 〉 0.05） either. [ Conclusions] Raypex-5 root canal apex locator is a reliable device in the determination of the working length of root canal and reduce the exposure to x-ray.
