摘 要:功能性消化不良(FD)为常见、多发疾病,其病因和发病机制可能与多种因素有关,胃动力和胃肠运动功能障碍是FD发病的重要原因。目前临床上对FD的诊断主要依据患者的自述症状.还缺乏有效的胃动力学检查方法或手段。采用生物阻抗胃动力检测方法可从电一机复合系统的认识高度,同时提取胃电活动和机械运动信息,研究从胃电活动到机械收缩、蠕动的复杂胃动力过程。此方法具有诱人的临床应用效果和发展前景。Functional dyspepsia is a common disease in clinical service. Its etiology and pathogenesis are related to a variety of factors, and among them, gastric motility and gastrointestinal motility dysfunction are major causes. At present, diagnosis of functional dyspepsia depends mainly on the complaint of patients and no gastric motility detection method or means are effective enough to complete the diagnosis objectively. The electrical bioimpedance technique extracts information of gastric electrical activity and mechanical movement base on the recognition of electricity-mechanism compound system and studies complicated procedure of gastric electrical activity, mechanical contraction and gastric peristalsis. The electrical bio-impedance technique has shown a promising clinical application and development prospects.
