长寿花中色素的提取及性质研究

摘　　要：报道了景天科植物长寿花中红色素的提取工艺,并对该色素的理化性质进行研究。长寿花红色素水溶性好,在一定的范围内对光和热有一定的耐受性,稳定性好,食盐、蔗糖、葡萄糖、还原剂、氧化剂、几种金属离子对该色素的色泽无不良影响,有的还有一定的增色的作用,有一定的开发利用的价值。Had reported in the crassulaceae plant jonquil the erythrophyll extraction craft, and conducts the research to this pigment physics and chemistry nature. The jonquil erythrophyll water - solubility is good, and has certain tolerance hotly in certain scope interior focusing, the stability is good, the table salt, the sucrose, the glucose, the reducing agent, the oxidant, several metal ion pair this pigment luster does not have buliang the influence, some also has the function which certain adds color, has certain development use value.
