对痔疮手术患者开展健康教育课堂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育课堂在痔疮手术患者中应用的效果。方法:选择2008年6～10月在我科住院的痔疮手术患者200例作为实验组,采用健康教育课堂进行教育健康;2008年1～5月在我科住院的痔疮手术患者198例作为对照组,沿用病区传统的教育健康方法。两组均在术后1周进行问卷调查和比较手术后并发症的发生率。结果:实验组相关知识掌握率、健康教育达标率、对护理服务满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对痔疮手术患者开展健康教育课堂,患者相关知识掌握率、健康教育达标率、对护理服务满意率明显提高,术后并发症明显降低;同时,护理人员的专科知识水平和健康教育水平得到提高,健康教育课堂是一种值得推广的健康教育方式。Objective：To investigate the effect of carrying out health education in operate patients with hemorrhoids. Methods ：200 cases of patients who suffered from hemorrhoids and accepted operation in our hospital during Jun - Oct 2008 were assigned into study group, these patients accepted healthy education before operation. 198 cases of patients who suffered from hemorrhoids and accepted operation in our hospital during Jan - May in 2008 were assigned into control group. These patients only were educated by traditional method. Pa- tients of two groups all accepted questionnaire investigation after they were operated one week. Meanwhile, incidence rates of postopera- tive complication were compared between two groups. Results ： Prehension rate of correlatde knowledge, qualification rate of healthy edu- cation and satisfaction rate to nursing service in study group were all higher than these rates in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Incidence rate of postoperative complication in control group was lower than in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： If operated patients of hem- orrhoids accepted healthy education before operation, prehension rate of correlatde knowledge, qualification rate of healthy education and satisfaction rate to nursing service would be obviously improved, and incidence rate of postoperative complication would be obvious- ly degraded. Meanwhile, nursing staff＇ state of the art in special course of study and educational level in healthy education would be ele- vated. Therefore, healthy education should be spreaded and would become one kind of valuable educational methods.
