摘　　要：企业作为一个营利性的经济组织,其生产、经营等活动均受到国家相关法律法规的约束和保护。随着自动识别企业的快速发展,企业在依法生产、经营的同时,开始困惑于如何运用法律武器维护自身的正当权利。近日,根据企业反馈,针对企业普遍关注的法律问题,本刊特意邀请北京市华泰律师事务所律师毛亚斌、范玉强、曹雅凤就企业知识产权、专利保护等问题为企业答疑解惑。As a profitable organization, enterprises should abide by laws. With the rapid development of automatic identification enterprises, enterprises are puzzled by some problems of how to protect themselves from being hurt during the course of production and sales. Recently, on the basis of feedback information, our periodical invites the permanent legal advisors of CHINA AUTO-ID and Automatic Identification Manufacture Association of China, Beijing Huatai Law Office, to answer some questions raised by these enterprises. Mao Yabin, Fan Yuqiang, Cao yafeng will mainly talk about intellectual rights protection and patent protection.
