前牙缺失的正畸修复的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的评估前牙缺失正畸修复的疗效。方法对1998～2004年前牙缺失患者21例进行回顾性分析。结果21例前牙缺失患者均采用方丝弓矫治技术,关闭前牙间隙,治疗时间最长30mo,最短17mo,平均完成时间为27mo,所有患者治疗效果良好。结论采用方丝弓矫治技术,关闭前牙缺失间隙,能使患者恢复面部美观,改善咀嚼功能。Objective To evaluate the thcrapentic effect of orthodonic restoration To patients with defected anterior teeth. Methods 21 Patients With defected anterior teeth from 1998 to 2004 were retrospectively analysed. Results Apply edgewise therapy to 21 patients with defected anterior teeth, closed the interval of anterior teeth, the duration of therapy ranged from 17-30 months, averaged 27 months, 21patients recover well after the therapy. Conclution To close the interval of defected anterior teeth by edgewise correct therapy ,it can convalese the facial aesthetics and improve the masticational function.
