肺动静脉畸形栓塞术的并发症及其防治

摘　　要：目的探讨经导管介入治疗肺动静脉畸形的并发症原因及防治措施。方法对41例(59例次)经导管介入治疗肺动静脉畸形术中及术后14例并发症的患者作回顾性分析,将其分为术中和术后并发症组。结果全组技术成功率94.9%(56例次/59例次),并发症总发生率为35.6%(21/59),其中介入术中发生并发症15.3%(9/59),介入术后发生并发症20.3%(12/59);本组严重并发症发生率仅为1.7%(1/59),无死亡病例。结论经导管介入治疗肺动静脉畸形是一种安全、有效及严重并发症低的非手术方法。Objective To approach the cause and treatment of complications during and after catheter embolotherapy of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations. Mathods Catheter embolotherapy of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations was attempted in 41 patient s（59 procedures）. Among them, 14 patients with complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results The overall complication rate was 35.6% （21/59） . The complications during procedure were seen in 15.3% （9/59）. The complications after procedure were noted in 20.3% （12/59）. The incidence of severe complications was 1.7%（1/59）. There was no death in our group. Conclusion The incidence of severe complications during and after catheter embolotherapy of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations is lower .It is a safe and efficient nonsurgical method.
