血氨测定在便秘患者中的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的探索血氨与便秘的关系及治疗方法。方法通过对43例便秘外科手术治疗的患者进行治疗前后血浆血氨测定的比较,观察血氨与便秘的关系。结果43例便秘患者中,术前异常术后正常40例;术前异常术后明显改善的3例。结论有便秘症状者血氨增高,尽早手术治疗。Objective To study the relationship between blood ammonia and constipation and the therapy. Methods Through comparison of blood ammonia concentration in 43 patients with constipation before, in and after operation, the relationship between blood ammonia and constipation was observed. Results In 43 patients with constipation after operation, blood ammonia in 40 cases became normal; 3 cases were obviously improved. Conclusion Blood ammonia concentration increases in patients with constipation, therefore they should receive operation as soon as possible.
