摘　　要：20世纪以来,青海藏区生态环境日趋恶化,不仅使该地区群众生产生活受到严重影响,而且也成为社会不稳定的潜在因素。因此,理清发展思路,采取切实措施,遏制生态环境的继续恶化,对改善当地群众的生活,实现可持续发展,维护青藏高原社会稳定具有重大意义。Since the 20th century,Tibetan areas in Qinghai,the deterioration of the ecological environment,not only in the region have been seriously affected the lives of the masses,but also become a potential factor of social instability.Straighten out the development and take effective measures to curb the ecological environment continues to deteriorate,to improve the lives of the masses to achieve sustainable development and safeguarding social stability in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is of great significance.
