乳化捕收剂在煤泥浮选中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对在煤泥浮选过程中,传统捕收剂耗量大、使用效果不理想的现状,进行了柴油乳化的研究,得到了一种新型的乳化捕收剂ZFC,并已在选煤厂中试用。结果表明:ZFC性能优良,选择性高,大大改善了浮选效果,且药剂的用量比传统的轻柴油节省约70%。According to the high consumption of the conventional collector and the applied results not expectedly during the slime floatation, the paper had a research on the diesel emulsion. A new emulsion collector ZFC was developed and was applied to the coal preparation plant. The results showed that the ZFC had a excellent performances and high selectivity. The floatation results had been highly improved. The ZFC consumption could be 70% less than the conventional light diesel.
