氯化磷酸三钠消毒餐具试验研究

摘　　要：本文报告了氯化磷酸三钠对餐具消毒的方法和结果。结果说明：采用有效氯１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ以上的氯化磷酸三钠对餐具浸泡５分钟后，能达到餐具消毒标准，氯化磷酸三钠对餐具消毒效果良好。洗消后碗光亮、不滑手，是一种理想的餐具消毒剂。 Methods and results of sterilized tablewares with chlorinated trisodium phosphate was reported in this paper.The result showed that it can reach requeremants of the disinfection standard.While the tablewares were immersed in a solution of chlorinated trisodium phosphate with available chlorine is more then 150mg/L.After sterilized tablewares with chlorinated trisodium phosphate,they are bright and clean and unsmooth to the touch in application for serrices.So that it is very good disinfectant.
