血清CA-125检测对卵巢肿瘤诊断的评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨卵巢癌患者血清ＣＡ—１２５浓度的变化，为临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法：用免疫放射法分别对卵巢良、恶性肿瘤患者和健康女性血清进行ＣＡ—１２５测定。结果：卵巢癌患者血清ＣＡ—１２５浓度为２２１．０±５．３Ｕ／ｍｌ，良性卵巢肿瘤患者为９．５±２．４Ｕ／ｍｌ，健康女性为９．２±２．１Ｕ／ｍｌ。前者明显高于后二者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１０例卵巢癌患者手术前后动态检测ＣＡ—１２５，其浓度降至正常水平的患者，症状明显好转，未见复发转移。术后血清ＣＡ—１２５浓度持续高水平或降至正常水平后又升高的患者，临床证实均存在复发或转移病灶，病情恶化。结论：ＣＡ—１２５测定可用于卵巢癌的辅助诊断，动态检测对术后卵巢癌的疗效观察。Objective: Detecting the changes in serum CA—125 concentration of patients with ovary tumours so as to providing data for clinical diagnosis and trentment. Method: Serum CA—125 for patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumours, and healthy female subjects was carried out using immunoradiometric assay. Results: The serum level of CA—125 for patients with orarian cancer was 9.5±2 4U/ml and that for normal females was 9.2±2 1U/ml, and the former was significantly higher than that of the latter( P < 0 01) Among the 10 cases of ovarian cancer patients, those whose serum CA—125 level dropped to normal after surgical operation showed marked improvement of symptoms, showing no recurrence or metastasis and those whose serum CA—125 level sustained in high level or dropped to normal then increased again showed recurrence and metastasis, showing worse clinical pictures. Conclusion: Determination of serum CA—125 level can be used as a supplementary diagnosis for ovarian cancer and its dynamic observation prior to or after surgical operation has important value for monitoring the clinical conditions of the patients.
