肺癌患者血清中CEA、CA125、TSGF水平联合检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CEA、CA125、TSGF在肺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法肺癌组67例,肺部感染组69例,健康人(对照组)66例。分别用日立7170检测其血清TSGF,用放射免疫法检测CEA、CA125,并进行比较。结果肺癌治疗前CEA、CA125、TSGF水平明显高于对照组、肺部感染组(P<0.01);CEA、CA125、TSGF对肺癌的敏感性分别为56.4%、75.0%和64.1%,三项联合检测的敏感性为92.8%。结论肺癌患者血清有CEA、CA125、TSGF水平的高度表达,联合检测CEA、CA125、TSGF可提高肺癌诊断的敏感性。Objective To discuss the clinical value of the CEA,CA125,TSGF in the diagnosis of the lung cancer. Methods 67 cases of lung cancer, 69 cases of lung infection, 66 cases of the heahh（camparison）. To anylyze the level of CEA, CA125, TSGF in serum seperately and compared the result. Results The level of CEA,CA125,TSGF in serum in the lung cancer group is higher than the health（camparison） group and the lung infection group（P〈0.01）; The level of CEA,CA125,TSGF in serum for the sensitivity of the lung cancer were 56.4%,75.0%,64.1%,the sensitivity of the joint detection was 92.8%. Conclusion The patients of the lung cancer have high expression level of the CEA,CA125,TSGF in serum,the joint detection for the level of the CEA,CA125,TSGF in serum can increse the sensitivity of the lung cancer diagnosis.
