摘　　要：工学结合是高职教育规律的必然要求,已成为当前职业院校积极探索人才培养模式的主旋律。本文从分析工学结合理论基础入手,针对目前工学结合中存在的困境,探讨相应的对策,以更好地推动高职教育发展。Work-study combination is the essential requirement for the development of higher vocational education. And it has already been the main theme for vocational colleges to explore ways to reform talent cultivation mode. This paper, from the theatrical base of work-study combination, gives countermeasures for the current dilemma.
