摘 要:目的了解感染疾病科护士的工作压力水平、压力源及相关因素。方法采用工作压力源量表对49名感染疾病科护士进行调查。结果本组护士工作压力的平均水平为(72.86±20.81)分,属于重度压力水平;工资及待遇低、社会地位低、继续深造和晋升机会少、经常倒班、担心工作出差错、缺乏其他医务人员的理解及尊重、上班护士数量少是主要的工作压力源;不同年龄、职称、工作年限的护士其压力得分差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论各级护理管理者应该重视感染疾病科护士的工作压力问题,并采取各种措施进行减压。Objective To investigates the job stressors and correlative factor analysis of nurses in infectious disease department. Methods Job stressors were investigated in 49 nurses of infectious disease department with Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire. Results The total score among the subjects was 72.86 ± 20.81, which was in high degree. The main job stressors were the low salary and social status of nursing specialty, the little chance of further study and promotion, the worry of making mistake in working, high frequency work in shifts, absence understanding by other medical staffs. There were no distinct difference in different age, length of service and professional title (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The job stress was more stressful in nurses of infectious disease department. It should be attached importance to nursing manager, taking effective steps to prevent stress with particular condition.
