高职院校大学生课外体育活动现状调查研究

摘　　要：调查显示:高职院校大学生对参与课外体育活动认识程度较高,但实际参与率偏低;大学生参与课外体育活动的动机、项目呈多样性;大学生参与课外体育活动的频度和时间较为理想,时间段主要集中在傍晚、晚上和早晨,地点多在校园内,形式以结伴和个人参与为主,项目较为广泛,羽毛球、篮球、长跑等的人数比例偏高。针对调查发现的主要不足,从教育和引导、体育场地器材建设、体育社团组织管理和课外体育活动指导等方面,为学校进一步做好学生课外体育活动工作提出建议。The investigation of extracurricular PE activities of some vocational college students in Hefei has revealed that students have strong awareness of the importance of physical activities despite the undesirable rate of participation. Both their motive and the sports events they take part in are diversified. Mainly on morning, dusk and evening on campus, they take physical exercise with desirable frequency and time alone or with companions. And most of them prefer badminton, basketball and long distance running. As to the weak points revealed in the investigation, suggestions are also provided for improvement of physical activities from different aspects such as cultivation, instruction, equipment facilities, management of sports association.
