文拉法辛缓释片与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑的对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较文拉法辛缓释片与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及副作用。方法将80例符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组，分别给予文拉法率缓释片与劳拉西泮治疗6周。采用汉密尔米顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和副作用量表（TESS）评定疗效及副作用。结果文拉法辛缓释片组与劳拉西泮组有效率差异无显著性（P〉0．05），文拉法辛缓释片组出现的不良反应以恶心、口干、出汗等较多，劳拉西泮组的不良反应以头昏、嗜睡、乏力、震颤等多见。文拉法辛缓释片组的不良反应比劳拉西泮组少且轻。结论文拉法辛缓释片和劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑疗效相当，不良反应小。Objective To compare the clinical effects and side effects of Venlafaxine sustained-- release tablets and Lorazepam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods Eighty patients who met the criteria of CCMD--3 for generalized anxiety disorder were divided into two groups randomly, then treated with Venlafaxine sustained--release tablets and Lorazcpam for 6 weeks respectively. The clinical effects and side effects were examined using HAMD and TESS. Results Venlafaxine sustained-release tablets was as effective as Lorazepam for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder （P 〉 0.05）, there was no obvious difference in significant improvement rate between two groups （P〉 0. 05）. However, Venlufaxine sustained--release tablets displayed fewer side effects compared to Lorazepam. The major side effects of venlafaxine sustained--release tablets were vomit, thirsty, sweat; While Lorazepam＇s side effects were dizzy, sleepy, weak and quake. Conclusions Venlafaxine sustained-- release tablets is as effective as lorazepam for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with fewer side effects.
