固定矫治器配合使用平面导板对牙根吸收的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨固定矫治器配合使用平面导板后牙根吸收的部分相关因素.方法选择直丝或者方丝弓固定矫治器配合使用平面导板治疗的患者35例作为研究对象,在戴平导前,戴平导后6月拍摄4个下前牙的根尖X光片,对下颌中切牙及侧切牙进行根吸收等级测量分析.结果戴平导前,戴平面后6个月时牙根吸收等级间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论平面导板会造成下前牙牙根的吸收,但根吸收程度轻微.Objective To study the influencing factors of root resorption after edgewise appliance and SWA combined with flat bite plate treatment. Methods 35 patients with edgewise technique and flat bite plate treatment were chosen. All patients took radiograph before flat bite plate treatment and 6 months after flat bite plate treatment, root resorption grade of mandibular permanent in cisors was analyzed. Result There was statistical difference in the root resorption grade between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Flat bite plate can cause root resorption of mandibular incisors, but the root resorption is slight.
