定向实施发展援助对电大系统建设的启示

摘　　要：电大系统作为中国广播电视大学可持续发展的根本所在,是电大在远程教育激烈竞争中所拥有的最核心的战略优势。电大系统快速发展的主要原因之一就在于以系统建设的战略为依托。本文以定向实施发展援助为系统建设的范例,选择两所基层电大,在调研分析的基础上,给出电大系统建设的一些启示。The TVU system is the foundation of the sustainable development of China's Radio and TV Universities as well as their core strategic advantage in the fierce competition of distance education.The systematic strategy is the main reason for the rapid development of TVUs.The article surveys and analyses the directional implementation of development aids for two grass-root TVUs and summarizes some inspirations for TVU system construction.
