摘　　要：次贷危机指一场发生在美国、因次级抵押贷款机构破产、投资基金被迫关闭、股市剧烈震荡引起的风暴。次贷危机给中国海外跨国公司带来析挑战:投资业绩明显下滑;世界经济不确定性因素增多;投资风险加大。改善挑战的尖对措施:改变投资策略;转变投资方向;改变投资重点;谨慎海外并购;自我投资与委托投资相结合;充分利用国际优秀人才。The subprime mortagage crisis refers to the financial storm which broke out in the U. S. of America due to the bankruptcy of subprime mortagage institutions, the close of investment funds and the violent vibration of stock exchanges. The subprime mortagage crisis has brought new challenges for China＇s overseas multinational enterprises, some of which are witnessing a significant decline of their investment yields; there is much more uncertainty in the development of the world economy and much more risks in investment. Therefore, this paper provides some countermeasures to meet the challenges： to change the investment strategies, to divert the investment flows, to alter the investment fields, to be more cautious of purchasing overseas assets, to adopt the policy of combining the self investment with the consigned investment, and to make full use of the international talents as well.
