摘　　要：科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论的最新发展,是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是中国化马克思主义,坚持科学发展观是当前促进人的发展现实途径。站在哲学的角度上,科学发展观具有如下的人学意义:以确立人的主体性为前提,以坚持以人为本为核心,以实现和促进人的发展为主题,以发展为民为宗旨,以实现人的自由发展为前提和目的。The scientific outlook on development is the latest development of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the latest achievement of adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions. It is the Marxism with Chinese features. Adhering to the scientific outlook on development is a realistic way to promote human development. From the perspective of philosophy, the scientific outlook on development is remarkably significant for human study for reasons as follows： it takes the subjectivity of human being as its premise; it puts people first as its core; it sticks to theme of achieving and promoting human development; it persist to the tenet of development for the people; it insist on the premise and goal of realizing the free development of human being.
