自体小巩膜壳戴帽法羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术31例临床研究

摘　　要：为扩大眼球萎缩后自体小巩膜壳的再利用和羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的应用范围，对３１例眼球萎缩患者采取了自体小巩膜壳戴帽法羟基磷灰石植入，行褥式缝合，在后极点做双线十字环绕结固定使之成为一体。结果３１例均矫正了眼窝凹陷畸形，除６例因结构异常外，２５例术后义眼活动度符合生理要求。表明：手术技巧和方法科学，设计新颖合理，扩大了自体小巩膜壳、羟基磷灰石义眼台的应用范围，矫正了眼窝畸形，增加了义眼的活动度。In order to utilize the patient's small scleral shell after atrophy of eye─ball and extend the scope of hydroxylapatiteartificial eye stand implantation,that hydroxylapatite artificial eye implantation in 31 patients was carried out by capping the small scleralshell,mattress suture and doublethread cross encircled knots at the posterior pole for fixation.The results showed that the depression de-fects of sockets in all the patients were corrected.Except for six patients with strutural abnormality,the procedure provided satisfactorymotility to the ocular prosthesis in 25 patients.It is concluded that the technique and procedure of implantation are effective,which ex-tends the scope of applying patient's small scleral shell and hydroxylapatite artificial eye stand increases the motility ofartificial eye.
