摘　　要：核能是新能源，是高效、清洁、安全、可靠的能源。加快发展核能是保证我国能源安全、经济安全、棱安全战略的重要组成部分。论文指出了世界技能（电）经济新发展对我国的启迪；阐明了“电荒”、“冰雪灾”对我国核电发展的警示与教益，特别是核电在发展速度上、电力结构、布局、环境保护方面的教益；最后，总结提出了加快核能经济发展已成为全国共识。Nuclear energy is a new energy,is highly efficient, clean, safe and reliable energy. Accelerating the development of nuclear energy is an important part of the strategy to ensure Chinese energy security, economic security, nuclear safety. This paper points out the enlightenment of new development of the global nuclear energy （electricity） economic,and clarifies the warning and lessons from ＂Electrical Scarcity＂ and ＂snow disaster＂ to Chinese nuclear power development,particularly to the pace of development of nuclear power, the power structure and layout and environmental protection. Finally,this paper also argues that to accelerate the development of the nuclear economy has become the common knowledge among Chinese experts.
