36例腹膜后肿瘤的超声显像诊断与鉴别诊断分析  

Analysis of Diasnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Ultrasonogrophy in Thirty-six Cases of Retroperitoneal Tumour

摘　　要：对３６例腹膜后肿瘤患者未确诊前的超声诊断与其经手术、超声引导下穿刺活检的病理结果进行对照分析。良性肿瘤３例，占８．３３％；原发性恶性肿瘤２３例，占６３．８９％；转移性恶性肿瘤１０例，占２７．７８％。其中超声检出腹膜后肿瘤３４例，误诊２例，诊断准确率９４．４４％。声像图特征：多数原发性恶性肿瘤外形不规整，呈低回声，无包膜，内部回声欠均匀。良性肿瘤及转移性恶性肿瘤则多数外形较规整，内部回声较均质，彩色多普勒探测，多数恶性肿瘤血流丰富，转移性恶性肿瘤及良性肿瘤血流信息较少。The ultrasound diagnoses of 36 cases of retroperitoneal tumour were compared with the pathological result of pucture biopsy guided by ultrasound. There were 3 benign (8.33%), 23 primary malignant (63.89%) and 10 metastatic malignat (27.78%) tumours. 34 cases were correctly diagnosed and 2 cases misdiagnosed by ultrasound (detectability 94.44%). Ultrasorography revealed that in most cases, the primary malignant tumours didn't have capsule and were irregular shaped, hypoechoic and inhomogeneous, while the benign and metastatic tumours were regular shaped and homogeneoug. In color Doppler imaning, most of the matignant tumours displayed abundant blood flow, the metastatic malignant and benign tumoars had less blood flow.
