摘  要:随着经济全球化的到来,贸易大国美国和中国之间的商务谈判与日俱增。但是,有不同文化价值体系的谈判双方在冲突解决风格上有明显区别,而合理和有效地解决冲突是谈判成功的关键。为此,文章从情境文化角度探析它对两国商务谈判中的冲突解决方式的影响,具有很强的时代感和实用性。With the rapid development of economic globalization, business negotiation between US and China is on the dramatic increase. However, parties with different cultural background perceive conflicts differently as well as apply different strategies to resolve conflicts. Managing conflicts reasonably and effectively is the key to the success of negotiation. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the influences on conflict management style from the angle of high/low context culture, which keeps pace with the times and is of great practicability.
