摘　　要：通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,探究田径运动竞赛规则对运动员比赛能力的影响。结果表明:田径运动员出色的比赛能力与田径竞赛规则密切相关。在比赛中合理运用规则精神将有利于提高运动员技能、自我控制应变能力,以及有效地选择与运用技战术,从而创造优异成绩。Using the research methods of literature, interview to experts etc., it probed into the influence of athletic competitive rules on athletes＇ competitive ability. The results indicate that outstanding competitive ability is closely related to competitive rules, reasonable application of the gist of rules in competitions will help athletes to enhance skills and the ability of self-control and acting according to circumstances, as well as effectively select and apply technique and tactics, thus achieving excellent results.
