摘 要:目的运用凝血酶复制中风后神经元损伤模型,观察生地注射液对该损伤神经元的保护作用。方法将培养7 d后的胎鼠大脑皮层神经元分为3组,即正常对照组、模型组与中药组,继续培养24 h后检测培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)活性与存活率指标(methyl thiazdyl tetrazolium,MTT)值。结果正常组与中药组LDH值较模型组低,与后者比较具统计学意义(P<0.01);正常组与中药组MTT值较模型组高,与后者比较亦具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生地注射液能够减轻凝血酶导致的神经元损伤,提高神经元损伤后的细胞存活率,从而显示了较好的神经元保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effects of Shengdi injection on the neuron which was damaged by thrombin to copy the injured neuron model of post-stroke.Methods Having been cultured for 7 days,neurons of cerebral cortex from fetus rat were divided into 3 groups: normal control group,model group and Chinese medicine group.After 24 h of culture lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in culture solution and methyl thiazdyl tetrazolium(MTT) were detected.Results LDH in normal group and Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than that in model group(P〈0.01).MTT in normal group and Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than that in model group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Shengdi injection could alleviate the injured status of neuron induced by thrombin and increase the survival rate of injured neuron,which suggests a good neuronal protective effect.
