摘　　要：重组与并购成为目前解决钢铁行业发展瓶颈的最优选择,为实现资源优势整合,谋求国际话语权组建的河北省某大型钢铁集团,如何在重组以后实现集团内部融合,提升核心竞争力已迫在眉睫。通过对河北省某大型钢铁集团整合过程中悬疑与博弈的思考,提出了钢铁集团整合的构想,进而为钢铁集团的发展提供建设性建议。The M＆A has become the optimum choice for resolving the development bottleneck of the iron and steel industry. For making the best use of resource and seeking international utterance right, the iron and steel business group in Hebei should enhance core competitiveness and realize the integration target urgently. Through analyzing a large-scale iron and steel corporation in Hebei, this paper proposes the new idea for the integration of iron and steel enterprises in Hebei, and then the constructive suggestions for the development of the iron and steel industry are provided.
