急性非淋巴细胞白血病长期生存因素的探讨

摘　　要：１００例首次完全缓解（ＣＲ）病人根据生存期≥５ａ和＜５ａ分成二组进行２４例指标的统计学处理。结果显示：≥５ａ和＜５ａ二组病例生存期差异非常显著；长期生存组首次完全缓解时间明显短于短期生存组；长期生存组首次完全缓解持续时间明显长于短期生存组；强化治疗时间＞２ａ组的长期生存率明显高于≤２ａ组；长期生存２５例，长期生存率８．８％，其中１４例达临床治愈。One hundred patients with ANLL who have achieved complete remission(CR) were divided into two groups: achieved longterm survival(LTS) for over 5 years and survival for less than 5 years (shortterm survival STS). 24 kinds of clinical characteristics in ANLL of the two groups were analysed. The results showed that: 1. The differences were highly significant for the two groups of survival between>5 years and <5 years group. 2. The duration induced CR of LTS group were shorter than that of STS group (P<0.05). 3. The duration of the first CR in LTS group were longer than that in STS group (P<0.001). 4. The group with longterm survival rate (LTSR) in continuous intensive chemotherapy for over 2 years were higher than that<2 years group (P<0.005). 5. 25 patients with ANLL achieved LTS, and LTSR was 8.8%, among them 14 cases gained clinical cure.
