我国民办教育发展的地方政策主导模式分析

摘　　要：自《民办教育促进法》颁布实施以来,我国民办教育发展的政策主导模式已从中央主导转变为地方主导,这是我国民办教育发展的一个重要特征。本文在对地方政府积极促进民办教育发展的动因进行分析的基础上,梳理总结了若干重要的民办教育地方政策创新。可以说,由地方政策推动民办教育发展的新路径已经形成并逐步清晰。Since the promulgation and implementation of the Law for Promoting Non-governmental Education, the leading mode of our non-governmental education development has changed from local guided mode to government guided mode, which is an important characteristic of our on-governmental education development. Based on the analysis of development motivation of local government, the paper summarizes some main local policy innovation of non-governmental education. The new ways of non-governmental education development pushed by local has formed and been clear gradually.
