摘  要:目的:比较3种食用菌中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。方法:选取辽宁省农科院食用真菌研究所提供的3种鲜菌菇,采用邻苯三酚法对食用菌进行SOD活性的测定。结果:3种食用菌中SOD酶活性均为阳性。结论:3种食用菌SOD酶活性依次递增顺序为鲜金针菇、滑子菇、草菇。Objective:To compare the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities of the three types of edible fungi.Methods:Fresh edible fungi were chosen from edible fungi institute liaoning academy of agricutural sciences.The SOD activities were determined by hepatocytes autoxidation.Results:It was showed that SOD activities were fond in three types of edible fungi.Conclusion:The SOD activities increases by a golden needle mushroom,pear mushroom,straw mushroom.
