气相色谱-质谱法测定鸡蛋中三聚氰胺含量的研究

摘　　要：本文建立了气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）分析技术加选择离子检测法（SIM）测定鸡蛋样品中三聚氰胺的方法。在优化样品的前处理和实验条件的基础上，确定了GC—MS测定鸡蛋中三聚氰胺时，可选择m／z99、171、327、342为定性离子，m／z327为定量离子。该法测定三聚氰胺的回收率为89％-102％，检出限为0．05mg／kg。A new method for determination of melamine in egg by gas chromatography-mass spectrum with selected ion monitor （ GC-MS/ SIM ） was established. Preproeess and experimental condition was optimized, and the ions m/z 99,171,327,342 were selected for qualitative assessment, and ion m/z 327 was selected for quantitative assertion. In the method, the recovery for melamine was in the range of 89 % - 102 % with detection limit as 0.05 mg/kg.
