摘　　要：肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶2（MMP-2）的表达与细胞分级、淋巴结转移及临床病理分期和预后有关，MMP-2表达水平及MMP-2与TIMP-2的失衡在肿瘤侵袭和淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。MMP-2表达水平及MMP-2与TIMP-2的平衡状况可作为评估肿瘤预后的指标，并能为探寻新的治疗方法提供线索和依据。The expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 （MMP-2） has been found to correlate with invasion,lymph node metastasis, clinic pathological stage and prognosis of cancer. The imbalance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 play an important role in cancer invasion and lymph node metastases. The expression level of MMP- 2 and TIMP-2 can be used as indicators to assess the prognosis of cancer,which can provide clues to explore new ways of treatment.
