摘 要:纤维增强塑料(FRP)橡胶隔振器是采用多层橡胶板与FRP板交替叠加、粘合而成的,以往的试验研究表明其具有比较好的剪切变形能力、阻尼耗能能力和竖向承载能力,因此具有较好的工程应用前景。由于以往的理论研究仅关注其竖向和转角性能,而对其水平剪切特性和机理的研究非常不足,限制了该隔振器在实际工程中的应用。文章对矩形FRP橡胶隔振器的水平剪切行为进行了初步的理论研究,揭示了水平剪力与水平剪应变之间的关系。然后对FRP橡胶隔振器水平剪切曲线的非线性特性及其成因进行了研究,发现FRP橡胶隔振器的水平剪切刚度随着剪应变的增加而下降,具有明显的软化特性。最后通过算例表明,FRP橡胶隔振器的水平隔振效率随着剪应变的增加而提高。Former experimental studies have shown that the performances of equivalent damping,shear deformation capacity and vertical loading capacity of fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) rubber isolators are superior to those of other kinds of isolators,so broad application prospects of FRP rubber isolators should be expected.Due to that former theoretical investigations on the isolators focus usually on the vertical compression and bending performances and investigations on horizontal shear characteristics and its mechanism are insufficient,practical application of the isolator is thus limited.In the paper,a theoretical study on the horizontal shear behavior of rectangular FRP rubber isolators was conducted and the relation between total horizontal shear force and the shear strain of rectangular FRP rubber isolators was described.The nonlinear characteristics of the horizontal shear force and its formation were investigated.It's found that the horizontal shear stiffness descends with the increase of shear strain and it is shown with a numerical example that vibration isolation efficiency of FRP rubber isolator is enhanced along with the increase of shear strain.
