摘　　要：目的通过签定治疗同意书,加强宣教,分析角膜异物剔除术后患者的复诊依从性。方法对2008年1月—12月眼科门诊确诊角膜异物伤患者在行角膜异物剔除术前详细解释病情,并签定"治疗同意书"。术后观察其随访情况。并与2005年同期情况进行比较。结果106例(97.25%)患者术后复诊1次及以上,52例(47.71%)患者术后复诊2次及以上,12例(11.01%)患者术后复诊3次及以上。全部复诊患者均未出现感染。1次以上复诊率与2005年同期比存在显著性差异。结论术前详细解释病情,并签定"治疗同意书"可显著提高患者依从性,是行之有效的预防并发症的方法。Objective To analyze the compliance of patients who signed informed consent book before corneal foreign body removal. Methods We included all corneal-foreign-body injured patients seen by the Sun Fat-Sen Memorial Hospital from January to December in 2008. All above patients were well acknowledged about the current situation and signed the informed-consent book. We analyzed patients＇ s conditions in the following time which reflect patients＇ compliance to physician order and compared the result with 2005. Results 106 （97. 25% ） patients had at lease one further consultation to doctor, 52 （47.71%） patients had at least twice further consultation, 12 （11.01%） patients had at least three times. None patients showed infection. The difference between the at least once follow-up proportion of 2008 and the one of 2005 was statistically significant. Conclusion It is effective to improve patients＇ compliance to physician order through well acknowledging the patients about the current situation and signing the informed-consent book.
