摘 要:为解决敏捷制造执行系统的调度优化问题,提出了敏捷制造执行系统调度问题的最大成本最小化的策略。同时提出了一种带扰动因子的蚁群调度算法,使调度问题更接近实际,对敏捷制造执行系统的调度模型进行了分析与描述。设计了状态转移规则、轨迹强度更新规则以及加工成本的决策规则,由蚁群算法确定各批次零件各工序进行柔性加工所用的机床,用蚂蚁种子信息素踪迹更新策略对信息素进行更新,以获得问题的解,仿真实验结果验证了算法的有效性。To solve the scheduling strategy of manufacturing execution system (MES) for agile manufacturing, the scheduling algorithm based on ant system with disturbance factors was developed. The disturbance factors developed make the scheduling strategy to be close to fact. The scheduling model of MES for agile manufacturing was expressed and analyzed. A new scheduling strategy, Min-Max-Cost policy for manufacturing execution system, was developed. The rule of state transition, the policy of update of trajectory strength, and the mechanism of manufacturing cost decision were researched. Ant colony optimization decided the manufacturing tools of all kinds of product process for agile manufacturing. The update policy of ant system pheromone was used to renovate information and to obtain the solution of system. The simulation of system shows the validation of the new scheduling strategy.
