摘　　要：近些年来,我国油气长输管线建设得到了迅猛地发展,焊接工作占有其工程总量的相当比重,且焊接技术又成为管线建设的关键技术环节。自2000年以来,我国开展的国际资质焊接人员培训及资格认证工作,为包括油气长输管线在内的各个领域培养了大批国际化人才。从国际焊接培训体系适应于全球各国及不同工业领域的焊接人员,IIW各类人员培训及资格认证覆盖了不同工业领域包括长输管线行业对焊接人员的要求,国际资质焊接人员培训与资格认证可以更好地服务于油气长输管线建设等方面。介绍了长输管线建设行业推广国际化焊接培训和资格认证的理由及如何开展这项工作。Recent years,national long-distance oil and gas pipelines construction has developed rapidly.The welding work held its large proportion and the welding technology has become the key technology in this project.Since 2000,China has carried out the international welding personnel training and qualification work,which brings up lots of international talents in various industry fields including the field of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.The article introduces the reason and how the long-distance pipelines industry has promoted the international welding training and qualification work from the following aspects ：the international welding training system appropriates to the global and different industrial fields welding personnel;The IIW training and qualification satisfy the requirements to the various welding personnel in different industrial fields,including the long-distance pipelines industry;International welding personnel training and qualification have been better for long-distance oil and gas pipelines constrnction services.
