摘　　要：本文对深圳、上海、天津三地上市公司的经营现状分别从股票价格走势、净利润率、成长性、盈利能力、财务能力、现金流量、经营能力、偿债能力三大方面的八个指标进行对比分析,对三个板块的上市公司的未来发展趋势利用指数平滑法进行预测,分析金融危机对上市公司的影响因素,运用SWOT分析工具,提出上市公司应对金融危机的对策与建议。This paper, according to the status of listed companies in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tianjin, operated separately from the stock price movements, net profit margin, growth, profitability, financial capacity, cash flow, operating capacity, the solvency of the three major aspects and the eight indicators in comparative analysis. It discussed the three plates of listed companies in their future development trends by use of exponential smoothing method for prediction, analyzed the financial crisis on the impact of the listed companies by use of SWOT analysis tool finally gave the listed companies countermeasures and suggestions to address the financial crisis.
