摘  要:建立了大豆、大米、糙米和毛豆中三氟羧草醚残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。样品加水浸泡后用乙腈振荡提取,提取液经净化后,采用电喷雾电离负离子[ESI(-)]、多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质添加外标法定量。在添加质量分数2~20μg/kg范围内,三氟羧草醚在各种基质中回收率为80.1%~97.5%,多次测定相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.4%。三氟羧草醚在各种基质中的测定低限均为2μg/kg。The determination method of acifluorfen residues in soybean, rice, brown rice and the young soy by HPLC-MS was established. Samples by adding water after soaking are extracted with acetonitrile. After purifying, the residues were analyzed with electrospray ionization[ESI(-)], multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode of detection, external standard method with adding matrix for quantification. With spiked concentration between 2 and 20μg/kg, recovery in various matrixes is between 80.1 and 97.5%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) by repeated determination less than 7.4%. The limited of quantification of this method in various matrixes is 2 μg/kg.
