摘　　要：马克思、恩格斯提出的"人的自由全面发展"思想在信息网络时代逐一得到验证:信息社会生产力的巨大发展和广阔前景展示出人的自由全面发展的历史必然性;人的劳动能力的提升和劳动自主性的发展是根本动力;人对自由时间的支配和世界性的丰富交往是前提条件;每个人自由发展与一切人自由发展的实现是最终目标。信息网络技术加速推进了人的自由全面发展的进程,但其现实性上仍然是一个渐进的过程,人的自由是自律与自由的高度统一。The basic conditions for the realization by Marx and Engels, have been verified one by one of ＂individual all-around and free development＂,envisaged in the information network times：The fast development of productivity of information society and its broad prospects reflect historical inevitability of humans free development in an all- round way; the improvement of individual work ability and autonomy is fundamental motive force ;individual control of free time and frequency of worldwide exchange are its premise condition; fulfill of the free development of each and the free development of all is the ultimate goal. The enhanced information network technology has accelerated process for individual all-around and free development. But it needs a progressive progress to fulfill.The freedom in the information network times is a strong unity of selfdiscipline and freedom.
