摘　　要：通过对现行高校实验室建设中存在的问题进行初步探讨,提出强化实验教学的主体地位,加大对实验室建设的投入,完善实验室的管理体制,加强对实验教学人员的培训,整合实验教学资源,提高利用率,创新实验教学内容,加强特色实验室建设,强化实验教学环节,促进教学科研实验室一体化建设,建立开放实验室、虚拟实验室等加强实验室建设的措施,以加强实验室建设,培养创新人才。The problems of construction of the laboratory of university were studied, and the measures for reinforcing the erectness of laboratory and training creative talents were put forward, such as reinforcing the principal part position of experimental teaching, enhancing the investment to laboratory, consummating the management mechanism of laboratory, augmenting the training of staff, rectifying and merging the resources of test teaching, raising the utilizing efficiency, innovating the content of experimental teaching, strengthening the construction of characteristic laboratory, reinforcing the experimental teaching link, promoting integrative building of teaching and scientific research laboratory, setting the open laboratory, and virtual laboratory,etc.
