摘　　要：随着信息系统规模的扩大和维护要求的提高,中国石油信息系统运行维护经费投入逐年增长。通过对信息系统运行维护预算管理模式的探讨和研究,对信息系统运行维护管理模式、运行维护费用预算管理机制、运行维护工作内容、费用测算方法、工作考核制度等进行深入剖析,对信息系统运行维护费用的预算管理提出具有针对性、可行性和实际操作意义的建议。With the expansion of application range and the enhancement in maintenance level,the operation and maintenance expenses for PetroChina information system increased yearly.The management mode,administrative mechanism of budget,work content,method of expense estimation,and the system to assess work proficiency of operation and maintenance for information system were deeply analyzed.The aimed,feasible,and operable suggestions on budget management of operation and maintenance expenses for information system were put forward.
