摘　　要：大学生毕业人数逐年上升,城镇新增劳动力和农村富余劳动力过剩,大学生就业面临巨大的压力,由于就业心里不成熟,职业规划刚起步,面对全球经济危机,我们要鼓励学生先就业,开拓就业市场,做好09年的学生就业工作。With the number of college graduates rising year by year, increase in urban job - seekers and surplus rural labors, college newly graduated students are confronted with increasing employment pressure. At the background of global financial crisis, students＇ immaturity of employment psychology and just started career planning, we should encourage students to start in a job and then develop his career thereafter. While as college leaders, we should explore employment market, facilitating college students＇ employment.
