摘 要:本研究采用父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)和人际信任量表(ITS),对639名广州外来工子女和本地城市居民子女进行了测试。以外来工子女中的初中生为研究组,本地城市初中生为对照组,对外来工子女人际信任度的特点以及与父母养育方式之间的关系进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)外来工子女的人际信任随年级上升而稳步提高,本地城市居民子女人际信任呈波浪状发展曲线;(2)外来工男女初中生的人际信任没有显著差异,本地居民子女人际信任性别差异显著;(3)相对而言,外来工子女的人际信任与父母养育方式的关系更密切。父保护与父关心两因子能很好地预测外来工子女的人际信任;父亲过度保护与关心理解能显著预测外来男生的人际信任,母关心理解能显著预测外来女初中生人际信任;母否认拒绝能显著预测外来工初一学生人际信任,父关心理解能显著预测外来工初二人际信任,母关心理解能显著预测外来工初三学生人际信任。This study, with EMBU and ITS as instruments, conducts a comparative test of the children of migrant workers ( the experimental group) and the children of local citizens ( the control group). The research focus is on the interpersonal trust of the experimental group and the rearing manner of their parents. The survey data from 639 subjects are mainly analyzed with ANOVA analysis and the regression analysis. The major findings reveal : ( 1 ) The junior pupils' interpersonal trust exhibits community difference on grade, with the trust level of migrant worker's junior on a steady increase but urban junior in a wave-like development. (2) The male and female migrant worker junior high pupil's interpersonal trust level have no remarkable difference, but the urban junior male student's interpersonal trust level is lower than female student. (3) The relation of junior pupils' interpersonal trust and Parental Rearing Behavior shows community difference. Regression analysis shows that paternal concern and protection enables clear prediction of migrant workers' junior pupils' interpersonal trust. The father's protection and concern predicts male migrant workers' junior pupils' interpersonal trust, the mother concern predicts female migrant workers' junior pupils' interpersonal trust. The maternal rejection predicts grade-one junior pupils' interpersonal trust, The paternal concern predicts grade-two junior pupils' interpersonal trust, while the maternal concern grade-three junior pupils' interpersonal trust.
