摘　　要：岗前培训是实现青年教师职业专业化的重要保证,公安院校的教师负担着培养人民警察的重任。岗前培训能帮助青年教师掌握有效的学与教的科学知识,有助于树立正确的教书育人观念,有利于提高科学知识的传授技能和技巧,能够帮助青年教师初步掌握高等教育的基本理论,掌握在教育活动中应遵循的基本道德规范以及加强教师职业道德修养的主要途径和方法,不断提高教学科研水平,加速新教师的成长,使他们成为既是所教学科的专家学者、破案能手,又是培养造就人才的行家里手。The pre-job training of is an important guarantee to achieve the profession of young teachers. The teachers of public security institutions take the burden of training the people＇s police. Prejob training can help young teachers acquire effective science and knowledge of learning and teaching, establish a correct concept of teaching, improve the skills to teach the scientific knowledge, preliminarily master the basic theory of higher education, grasp the basic code of ethics to be followed in the educational activities and the main ways and means to continuously improve professional ethics for teachers, improve the level of teaching and research and accelerate the growth of new teachers so that they will become not only the experts and scholars of the subjects, detection experts, but also experts of training specialists.
